We do not control or influence decisions made by third-party platforms regarding your account.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable anti-spam or messaging laws.
  • Send abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service.
  • Use the Service in a manner that infringes the rights of others.

You are solely responsible for the content you send and the recipients you choose to contact.

4. Third-Party Account Restrictions

You acknowledge and agree that third-party platforms, including WhatsApp, may modify their services, policies, or enforcement practices at any time.

Flexiop is not responsible for:

  • account warnings;
  • temporary restrictions;
  • permanent suspensions;
  • bans;
  • loss of contacts;
  • loss of messages;
  • loss of business;
  • or any other actions taken by third-party platforms.

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

5. Payments and License Delivery

5.1 Payments

Certain features require payment. Prices and payment terms are displayed before purchase.

5.2 Delivery

Digital products are considered delivered when one or more of the following occurs:

  • a license activated on checkout phone number;
  • your account is activated;
  • access to the purchased Service is granted; or
  • the purchased digital product becomes available to your account.

Minor licensing or activation issues that are resolved through customer support do not constitute non-delivery.

6. Refund Policy

Because the Service consists of digital software and digital licenses, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

Lifetime licenses are non-refundable once delivery has occurred.

If you experience a technical or licensing issue, you agree to contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before requesting a chargeback.

  • loss of profits;

  • loss of contacts;
  • loss of messages;
  • or actions taken by third-party services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.
