How do I install and get started?
Search “WasendBulk” in the Chrome Web Store, click Add to Chrome, then pin the extension.
Launch WhatsApp Web, open the extension, upload your contact list (Excel), craft your message, and click Send.
Does it require WhatsApp Business or an API key?
Nope. It works exclusively through WhatsApp Web—no API or Business Account required. Think of it as browser automation, not server integration
Can I preview my messages before sending?
No. Preview is currently not supported before sending, if you need this feature or any other feel free to contact us.
How do I upload contacts?
Upload a Excel file with columns like Name and Phone number(with country code). We will automatically map phone field in the extension, and you’re ready to go—no need for manual entry.
What reporting features are available?
Track every send—know which were delivered, failed, or pending. Pro users also get exportable reports for follow-up or analysis (exporting not supported currently, contact us).
Will my number get banned for managing whatsapp messaging?
We follow safe messaging practices, but sending too many messages too quickly can trigger WhatsApp’s spam detection. Use responsibly and consider warming up your number.
Can I pause or resume bulk sending?
Yes! You can pause mid-campaign and resume later, which is useful for managing rate limits or interruptions.
Can I send images, videos, or documents?
Yes! The extension supports sending multimedia files (image/video/pdf/…) in bulk along with your messages.
Is there customer support available?

Are there limits on message volume?
We recommend sending in batches of no more than 50 messages per session and up to 300-500 per day to stay safe and avoid blocks.
What should I do if my number gets temporarily blocked?
Take a short break from sending, reduce message volumes going forward, and ensure you’re contacting engaged recipients. If blocked, review WhatsApp’s messaging policies and decrease your sending speed. Just submit unban request to WhatsApp support usually respond within 24hr.
